("BLCC") appreciates the trust our clients place in us and we recognize the importance of protecting the confidentiality of nonpublic, personal information that we collect about them. The information is used to ensure accuracy in reporting and record keeping, and to carry out requested transactions. It also allows us to enhance our clients' financial well-being. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who obtain financial consulting and advisory services from BLCC for personal, family or household purposes.  If we change our Privacy Policy, you will be notified in advance.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to businesses or to financial products or services obtained other than for personal, family or household purposes.

BLCC takes its responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of clients' information very seriously.  If we change our policies to permit BLCC or our affiliates to share additional information that we collect and/or maintain about you, or to permit disclosures to additional types of parties, you will be notified in advance, and, if required by law, will be given the opportunity to opt out of such additional disclosure and to direct BLCC not to share such information with such parties.
